Background

After a concert or stadium event, precise map pins are unreliable, roads close, cellular networks slow, and hundreds of similar vehicles arrive. Pickup zones must coordinate two people without exposing more location than necessary.

User context

Jon and his mother are leaving a sold-out arena. She cannot walk far, their driver is approaching from a closed road, and Jon's phone battery is at 6 percent.

Product problem

The pair need an accessible meeting point and shared landmarks while the driver needs legal routing and clear confirmation of the correct riders.

Objective

Create pickup-zone selection, approach coordination, identity confirmation, and fallback states for a crowded venue.
